Amethyst opened in October 2005 and we have been growing, changing and serving the local metaphysical community ever since! Getting to know our customers and their wants and needs has been one of our greatest pleasures.

Amethyst Books & Essence a small shop in Chilliwack, BC has been a labour of love, service and tenacity since opening in October 2005. We began our journey slowly and quietly and grew through meeting, listening to and connecting with the local spiritual community. We listenend and heard the people's needs and set out to provide the products, tools and services required for their diverse spiritual practices and interests. Over the years both our product offerings and our store space have expanded.
