it can benefit everybody. Guided meditation aids in learning how
to quiet the mind for the beginner and is ideal for those who are
experienced, but wish to experience the benefits of group dynamics
in meditation. Regular meditation dramatically reduces stress and
anxiety. It improves health and creates a new sense of mental, emotional
and physical well-being. Meditation increases your focus, concentration,
memory and learning. It also increases motivation and confidence.

Classes led by Kerri Burnside, CHT, Spiritual Counselor
Kerri is a Hypnotherapist and spiritual counselor from Bellingham,
WA now living in Chiliwack. She is also trained as a clairvoyant
and energetic healer and has been practicing for over 8 years. Her
background is in public speaking and teaching leadership courses
for corporate managers. She now teaches spiritual classes which
focus on centering yourself in the present moment.

Sahaja Yoga is a Sanskrit term meaning "spontaneous union".
A seeker is given enlightened awareness through the spontaneous
awakening of the energy known as Kundalini found at the base of
our spine. The meditation classes will provide the initial experience
as well as on-going practical methods of cleansing the subtle system
within. (Sahaja Yoga was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi) For
