Free Drop-In
For your own comfort, you may wish to bring your own cushion and/or
your own favorite fold-up chair. A limited number of chairs are
supplied on a first-come first-served basis.

attending on a regular basis, please call or check website to ensure
Meditation is on as once in awhile there is a cancel (usually posted
on the website).

Jess
Smith lives in Deroche and she will lead Meditation a couple of
time's each month. Jess' guided meditations focus on healing of the
physical and etheric bodies as well as awakening life potential and
spiritual development. Jess also offers healing, classes, workshops,
and card readings. Jess is also a Reiki Master/Teacher, RP-CRA. |
Leonard
lives in Penticton and will lead the meditation once every few months.
Leonard, a cultural facilitator, is a gentle teacher at the forefront
of todays spiritual movement. He is Métis and is able
to draw both Native and Celtic wisdom from this unique Ancestry.
Having been taught by many Aboriginal Elders and guided by Spirit
for over 25 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to
this course. He currently travels throughout North America visiting
schools, colleges and universities, sharing the stories and ancient
teachings of his Indigenous Ancestors.

MEDITATE IN SILENCE ON YOUR OWN: Focus on your breath, notice the
in breath and the out breath - be aware. When you notice your mind
wandering, come back to your breath.
