Weekly Guided Meditation beginning in June. When: Sundays 10-11 a.m. Where: Amethyst Books & Essence at 8985 Young Road, Chilliwack . Space is limited and this drop-in meditation is offered on a first-come first-served basis. Please bring your own cushion and/or a fold-up chair. (There will be a limited number of chairs/cushions supplied).

Benefits of Meditation
Meditation is a safe and simple way to balance a person's physical, emotional, and mental states. It is easy, and it can benefit everybody. Guided meditation aids in learning how to quiet the mind for the beginner and is ideal for those who are experienced, but wish to experience the benefits of group dynamics in meditation. Regular meditation dramatically reduces stress and anxiety. It improves health and creates a new sense of mental, emotional and physical well-being. Meditation increases your focus, concentration, memory and learning. It also increases motivation and confidence. You will gain better, more restful sleep and experience more happiness and flow in your life
Kerri Burnside, CHT, Spiritual Counselor Kerri is a Hypnotherapist and spiritual counselor from Bellingham, WA. She is also trained as a clairvoyant and energetic healer and has been practicing for over 6 years. Her background is in public speaking and teaching leadership courses for corporate managers. She now teaches spiritual classes which focus on centering yourself in the present moment.	Kerri Burnside
